Basic Efficiency Filters

V-Form

The Space Filters V-Form Filter in Galvanised Frame comes in both 45mm and 95mm thick frames and come in various grades of media such as F4 and F5. Wire mesh is stapled on both sides of the media to keep the media rigid thoughout its life, with efficiency less than 20% all the way up to 50% these are suitable for many applications. These Filters are custom made to order due to the variety of different sizes available and depending on the order size will be a 2-3 day turn around

Heavy Duty Galvanised Frame Filter - Spun Glass or Synthetic Media

The Heavy Duty Galvanised frame filter comes in both spun glass and synthetic media inserts. These come in 25mm, 45mm and 100mm frames and has a wire mesh welded on one side and a steel "M" Shaped rod on the inverse side to hold the media in securly while allowing for easy removal of media pad when times comes to replace. These are made to order due to the various sizes available and depending on the order size will be a 2-3 day turn around

Panel Filter

Panel Filter - 103 Synthetic Media, Aluminium Frame

The Aluminium frame Panel Filter is made with an aluminium channel cut at 45 degrees and joined together by securing plastic corners. The media used in this type of filter is the 103 grade grey media with an efficiency of less than 20% which makes is suitable for any home of office. These are also made to order due to the various sizes available and depending on the order size will be a 2-3 day turn around.

The Space Cube Deep Bed Filters are made from synthetic media and sewn by closed overlocking, these filters come in various media efficiencies (G3 – F7) for use in a wide range of general applications.
